a month agoUsed the brushless car wash drive through…..What a waste of $15. My car was just dusty, no hard crusty dirt or mud. The back window is so dirty and the body isn’t any better. I’ll have to wash it again myself. I would expect a better job, very dissatisfied customer…I’ll never use it again. Upsetting too as they increased the price and all I got was a dirty car!a year agoJust used the “extreme car wash” cycle and I tell you it was a complete waste of money. There is still ground in dirt and residue, better off taking it to the old school car wash. Just wasted $18 and I have to wash it again myself!2 weeks agoGreat touchless style car wash. 3 to use at once. Also has bays for self wash, but I haven’t needed to use those, so can’t comment.I’ve never been stuck behind more than one other vehicle at a time, even when a machine was out for maintenance.
I would rate closer to 4.5 stars and the reason it’s not 5 is because the jets don’t wash all the way to the bottom of my tyres. Would be fine if my wheels weren’t muddy.
Another less important reason are the jets drip all the way along your car during the drying stage. However it is a drive through carwash and I’ll be more than happy to update to 5 stars if these were addressed.
Still the best local car wash.
5 months agoBest place to wash your car in the Rockingham area. Three manual wash bays and three automatic. Love the splatter wax and ceramic coat. Also uses warm water, which I haven’t seen anywhere else7 months agoVery fancy compared to any I’ve ever been to coming from a small country town, even though it had a few cars lined up the two automatic wash stations made it fast enough, there WERE three but I think one was struggling to take payment – that – or the person just didn’t understand how to use the payment machine. The blow dry service during the $18 wash DID still drip quite a bit of water on my car but the effects were still effective blowing excess water away. Two different automatic wash options, $15 and $18 with the vacuums available and manual wash stations. Added dog wash, if I ever get a dog I’ll have to use that service too!Overall very pleased with my first visit.

a week agoVery unhappy with the overall experience. Extremely expensive for a very poor job. I was charged more than the “Extreme Makeover” deal but can guarantee that less than half of the items were actioned. I had pet hair in the car and was charged extra to remove it but it’s still everywhere (in easy to wipe down areas). The exterior of the car had water stains and also splats on the bonnet. I was told the water stains were from a light rain that morning but that doesn’t make sense because the water marks weren’t all over the car. The buttons from my car stereo were also missing, and I had call them to follow up where they were. One was left randomly in the car and the other they found in their vacuum after I told them it was missing. When I’ve had the car cleaned in the past (by other detailers) they’ve always sprayed the interior of the car so smells nice, this wasn’t done. I can see they charge $50 for an added extra to make the car smell nice, but surely they can do a basic spray for the crazy prices charged. I feel ripped off and won’t be back!5 months agoTook my new car to this car wash on 28th February 2023 and received a little more than a car wash. Scratches all over my bonnet. Emailed straight after and then again 3 weeks later to follow up and still haven’t received a reply. extremely disappointing and frustrating. There was lots of signage to explain pricing etc as you uou waited in line. There was a bit of a line when we went, but it moved fairly swiftly. We downloaded their app which gave you a discount if you bought washes through the app. It was visually pleasing and easy to use. The people working there were friendly and helpful. We got a fairly basic package, but you could get packages with add ons like tyre washing etc. I would recommend this to friends who want a fully automatic car wash.4 years agoFacilities look modern, clean and new. Cheapest machine wash I’ve found so far; they advertise using the phrase ‘attended car wash’, meaning they manually spray down your car before it goes into the automated wash system. Overall not bad, as good and cheap as machine washes get.a year agoPaid for the top HD clean and a manual wheel shine for a total of $38. Left with bugs on my windshield and the state of my rims were as if no one touched them. Sorry, I can’t pay a premium for a below average clean.

I purposefully booked my car in for interior clean at a particular time due to other appointments I had that day. After advising I couldn’t wait and my car would be ready in about 4 or 5 hrs they dropped me home. They also recommended I change my service to something better suited for the interior clean. I agreed, my priority was the biological spill on the carpets in the driver’s footwear. I picked up my car it looked great however, the next day my car stunk of wet musty vomit and with each day gets worse. Clearly they didn’t clean the carpets like I asked. Waste of $299, I could have done a better job. I would NEVER recommend these cowboys.
