4 months agoWent here for the first time today and went through the auto wash. I have a small hatchback that was in desperate need of a good clean. For $30 I was so happy with the job done by these guys. Not only did I get the automatic car wash, but the two guys also hand washed my car to begin with and then they dried off the water at the end. Would recommend!a month agoWent through auto wash, thought $30 was a bit steep but they did do a good job. The man that works there (maybe owner) is very rude though. Not sure I’d go back based on his attitude only.4 weeks agoYeah don’t bother with the underbody wash, we have never done one before so had no idea we had to move our car forward and back and he only informed us after the time was up. Not great service at all4 months agoIf you’re looking for an underbody wash after the beach don’t waste your time here. For your $15 you get 2 and a half minutes of water shooting out of a small grate in the middle of the bay. 4 weeks agoWon’t be back. Clearly has new owners.No more hand prep, no more tire shine, no more rim cleans
And very watered down soap now. What have you done!! You’ve ruined the best quality car wash we had and made it some mediocre wash that we can get anywhere. It didn’t even clean the bugs off my car… but you know what would’ve.. if you still did the hand prep!!

a month agoAlways a great clean using the automatic wash. Owner is awesome, personable and always accommodating. Don’t go anywhere else to keep our car looking it’s best.2 weeks agoTo the ‘owner’ of Narangba Clean it Car Wash.Main points; Negatives, – Poor customer service, professionalism, patience and outrageous arrogance. – Threatening language or actions towards paying customers.
ACCC Breach, – Under section 54 and 18(1) of the Australian Consumer Law and also Unconscionable conduct.
Just a brief review and information for the general public to be aware. When you are using the self service wash bays, If you are going to use your own microfibre cloth to run over your car while you’re cleaning/ washing to get off tuff stuck on dirt, the attendant will turn off the wash bay with any money left in the machine gone.
Please be weary as it is under new management and the website should remove ‘good old-fashioned customer service’ as this is misleading advertising.
4 months agoI use this car wash on the weekend in the wash yourself bay. Put my money in rinsed then went to use soap there was nothing just water. Very disappointed this has happened twice now. Maybe you could attend to your equipment more often and keep your customers happy cause my wallet not.5 months agoNormally pretty good, especially for dog wash, but the card reader there has been increasingly dodgy and finally just flat out didn’t work today.Update: We were using a VISA card, which given the reply from the owner makes sense around the difficulties using the EFTPOS feature. Dog wash still worked great with coins, was just a little frustrating – very happy with the facilities in general.

The staff here were effiencent, kind, informative. I was going to get the top car wash, outer only at $25 (this is the most expensive they offer which is very affordable!) they then offered to do the inner vaccume and clean up the dashboard for $25 – I’ll admit I was in a budget mindset – the staff then suggested I do the triple foam outer for $15 and the inner if I wanted which was only $40 total. For inner and outer in 10 minutes, brillliant service! They were not pushy at all, simply informative – I didn’t even know they would do the inner for me. Very appreciative of the team here. Went in for a basic car wash. Offered to clean dashboard and vacuum as well for $40. I asked if they would clean the inside of the windscreen as I can’t reach the lowest part of it and they did a great job in a very short time. Staff friendly and polite. Much improved under the new management.

I took a seriously, disgustingly filthy car to IMO in Burpengary and 2 hours later I drove out with what looked and smelled like a new car. The price was right, the service was perfect, the work was brilliant and it was all done with big smiles. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I would.
