a month agoFinally had the time & was excited to get my car washed today. I was left extremely disappointed after a $115 wash & steam clean with the extras. It felt like no effort or care had been taken whatsoever, I needed to go over the entire inside myself as it was covered in cleaning spray that hadn’t been wiped, there was dust still on all surfaces. Windows were only half cleaned, making it worse than before and no evidence that a steamer was used. I was asked to unclip my baby seat which I did and put along the back seats so it could be easily moved as we had to leave the car there for over an hour, however, it was not which meant the entire back seat was completely left untouched. A really poor effort considering the money spent. Attempted to phone & contact however no response.in the last weekSlow, expensive, and poorly done.Paid extra to have the interior detailed and windows wahsed in and out only to find massive streaks and some powder residue/dust all over the car.
Worse yet, I tried to call and see if it could be redone only to find the phone number is a recording directing you to email them. A simple fix just made harder.
4 months agoI had a terrible experience at Hoppys Southport. The supervisor was extremely rude and unhelpful. Not only was my car still dirty after the wash, but none of the staff offered any assistance. To make matters worse, they were all very rude to me.I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. The staff clearly do not care about customer service or doing a good job. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
a week agoPlease read this if you are thinking of giving these guys a go!!!Just came back from a Super wash with combo. Despite they having my car for an hour and 48 minutes – my windscreen was not still not completely clean and had visible marks. This has been a huge waste of time and money. If you are short staffed, advise people that there is going to be a longer than normal wait time.
Even when I received my text to say the car was ready, they were still doing work on it and I was left standing for another 8 minutes (mind you this was after the initial 100 minute wait).
At the end, the clerk had the audacity to say that my car needs a wax because the colour was appearing dull.
Maybe She’ll get given a wax but it won’t be from this pathetic excuse of a business.

a week agoIf negative stars was an option, I’ll would’ve rated -5. I went this morning to get our cars cleaned (my partner’s and mine). There is a package that includes cleaning of door jambs. I showed the supervisor at the entrance my doors and mentioned that was my main concern, otherwise my was clean already. He said they’ll do the best, in a rush requesting our details with not much explanation about services he rushed us to the line and to pay at the counter, which we did. Cars were ready really quick, mine looked same as before going into cleaning, nothing different. I politely asked the cleaning guy about the door jambs and showed him the dirt; shaking his hands, he rudely replied “you need to pay more”, the supervisor intervened and tried to clean them with a product really quick, but left it in a very average condition. I reiterated to him the service I paid on the board shows specifically “door jambs” and he replied and I quote: “that is just basic cleaning, not deep, that should be fine”. I didn’t want to waste any more time with those rude and lying people. I ended up going to another car wash to get it done.

I wouldn’t return.4 months agoPlease return passenger seats to a usable position. Had two cars cleaned both had seats left forward. One had a door left not fully closed on passenger side.
