4 weeks agoHad coffee for couple of times, this place offers for those ‘to go’s stuff such as pie, muffin, coffee and some of other things snacks and all that. Nice guy at the check out 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻a year agoFilthy, Faulty and Expensive! Don’t come here.I felt the need to warn people.
Every time I attend this car wash, and use the vaccuming station, the area is always covered with overflowing trash, as though it never gets emptied or sanitised. It is revolting and feels extremely dirty and grotty. I wanted to shower after using it.
Whenever I use the car wash facilities, it takes over 30 seconds for the machine to actually pump out any soap or change settings (like from rinse to soap, or from soap to wax ect), and by that time, my money is all gone.
Very expensive, very filthy, terrible conditions and faulty. Very appauled and revolted by this car wash, and wasted alot of money for a very poor outcome. Ew.
a month agoRenovated and clean – the new manager is great!a year agoAbsolutely appalled at Sunbury BP. I went this morning to get a drink and a snack. I purchased a donut and coke. Come lunch time I went to open my donut and turned it over to find it covered in spots of mold. Upon further investigation the USE BY DATE is 19.05.21. It is very illegal to be selling out of date food, especially ones a year OVER the expiry date. Too bad if I didnt notice, ate it and ended up in hospital! I’m so disgusted at this BP and suggest all products on the shelf be stripped and all use by dates checked. Be lucky if don’t ring health services and the BP corporate headquarters!5 years agoI use the Self Serve car wash regularly. Its clean and good value at 3 minutes/dollar. Particularly like the foaming wax gun. I rarely use automatic car washes and the BP one is touchless iirc and is best left for only lightly soiled cars.

3 weeks agoWe are SO impressed with Matt at Detail Kings 👏 We purchased a second hand car that had discolouring in the crevices of the panels and a funny smell on the inside.My car has now pretty much come up brand new and the smell has completely disappeared 😍 Matt was quick his responses and got me in so quickly. Hubby and I need to sell our car and I contacted Matthew and just with a message on FB describing what we needed done, Matthew knew exactly what to do even without photos! We got our car back and it is in such immaculate condition as if it were brand new!! Matt’s attention to detail is next level, my car came back looking better than it did from the dealership!My car is black so everything shows on it so we opted for a ceramic coating, the day ended up being super windy so Matt recommend doing a slightly different coating to avoid dust getting into the ceramic which I’m grateful for his honesty and professionalism!
The coating we did has been absolutely fantastic! Still looking fresh 6 weeks later! Looking forward to doing the full ceramic in a few months.

First time I have used this business but will definitely be back. I had a full interior clean, cut and polish and my car looks great. Was able to call in first thing and book it in for same day service which I loved. The gentleman that runs it is also very nice, he was polite and delivered on what he promised.
My car looks great after it’s once a year car wash . I’m not sure how this guy works out his prices. He ponders quietly to himself and I’m pretty sure he knows how much it will cost without thinking deeply. I paid $130 and I would have to say: never again! Does not say how he comes up with the price nor does he offer an itemised bill. I’m disappointed I fell for it.
Paid $150 for a detail and to get the dog hair out of the car. Loads of dog hair left in car. They didn’t vac the boot, the cup holders were not cleaned. They didn’t wipe over any of the dash. I would not use them again. Their loss, I get my car detailed every 2 months.
Scratched my car, no customer service, the owner argued with me and told me to bring it back when it was sunny, you could clearly see the scratched. Could not give a lower rating. Never take your car to this place.
Took my Mitsubishi triton to these guys, never ever had a problem with the car, always serviced and maintained. Drove it into the premises to collect my car not even turning on. I had to get my car towed to my mechanic. They washed the engine with the car running with a pressure washer and have filled the engine and the air filter with water!!! Upon further inspection by my mechanic, they have caused sever water damage to the inside wiring connections. The manager argued with me saying it was not his fault. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE
