Windscreen was smudged, back parcel shelf still covered in dust, marks on paint that easily polished and wiped off at home. Paid for the ultimate automatic wash. Uneven distribution of coloured suds. Then the spray arm stopped moving at the front of the car during the spot free rinse. Nobody on site and no answer on contact number so left a message. Thankfully the door opened and I was able to reverse out instead of waiting for a call. No offer to compensate for the unfinished and unsatisfactory wash. Looks like I’ll have to wash it again on the weekend after wasting money at Superwash
