a month agoUpdate: **Changing my four star to a two-star review.Been frequenting this place as usual after I liked it the first time, but I’ve had an incident that made me change my opinion of this place.
I brought in my car for a mini detail + hand polish service and they did an adequate job on the car as far as a mini detail goes. It wasn’t until on my way back home that I noticed that my toll tag had been broken and was lying under the driver’s seat. I initially thought that my car’s music had drowned off the beep sound but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Mistakes happen, I wouldn’t have been as disappointed as I am if they would have sorted it out in a straightforward way. I probably won’t be going here anymore.
Past Review: The service was much better than your typical franchise car wash. It’s also one of the highly rated car wash you’d probably find around Blacktown.
I opted for the Super Premium + Hand Polish ($95) and the entire thing took about 30 mins or so. The overall service was definitely good, but not the best one for the price you’re paying. The wash was great and very thorough but I found a few small uneven polish spread on my car’s bonnet area. Nothing major, but yeah maybe a little bit extra attention to detail would’ve made it excellent.
There’s nice indoor and outdoor seating area, you get free coffee, and the customer service is good. I’ll most probably go again.

Thanks, regards Michael.6 months agoThe Full detail made my car as good as brand new. They didn’t miss a spot and my expectations were exceeded. Job done in 5 hours which is faster than industry standards.They are very well mannered and courteous & it makes it even better as usually the business is super busy.
Pricing probably slightly above market, however, it’s bang for buck, the effects are longer lasting and I doubt the quality can be matched by those offering cheaper options.
To test waters you can try the most basic option, even then you will be surprised with their extensive care factor.

4 months agoI was very happy with their level of cleaning and communication. They were able to remove all the dog hair and the stubborn stains caused by the kids in the back seat. I’d definitely use them again.

We were travelers in Sydney. We rented a car from Hertz and needed to return it in a clean condition.
The location is not far from Quakers Hill, the suburb we stayed during our trip.
The staf was kind and responsive when we asked him to show us how all the equipment/tools work.
Since it was our first time, we were amazed by the services provided in this car wash. It is open 24 hours!
There are 2 options: touchless car wash and self-service using iWash machine.
We need to insert $1 or $2 coins, no silver coins accepted. $1 equals 1 minute.
We can choose the steps we want to do, from a quick wash to a thorough wash.
We spent $5 (5 mins) for a quick wash.
We must bring our own cloth wipes to dry the car after a quick wash.
Then we can move to the vacuum machine, also using coins. $1 for 3 mins.
There is also a self-service dog wash available. It was the first time we saw such equipment. Just cool!
The car wash is in the same area as the gas station with a mini mart.
We love the experience!
Everything about this DIY dog wash went well. The set up has been upgraded from the one time we previously visited. The artificial grass, the individual sections that accommodates 2 dogs , the safety locks and glass panels all work well for your dog wash experience. The music playing over the speakers was good, the place was clean and it was good to see the young employees cleaning up and taking care of the area.
Easy to use and if you need some change for the machine they have their own coin machine. Clean area many parking to park your car for drying. Gets busy sometimes depending on the day .
Good place to wash car, music pumping, moves fast, but get there early on a sunny weekend! Vacuums usually good, don’t need coins can use credit card 💳! They have consumable products for car if need!
Very Good place for car wash, lot better than hand wash, last time I paid 65 dollars for hand wash in other and I wasn’t satisfied. In Maxi shine, it was too good. Worth for money
