Husband made initial call about workman’s comp claim with a major airline. He was told they would not take the case. I called to ask questions to understand why and Wendy could not answer my questions so she got the attorney on the line. He was very matter of fact that he would not take the case and then hung up. I would have thanked him for his time but I wasn’t even given a chance too.

I couldn’t imagine making it through my case without this team. Mr. Noble and his team were extremely nice and persistent. They always answered every question I had and made me feel so comfortable. My paralegal, Whitney went above and beyond for me.
Called and gave my reason for calling did a signed by email and over a week goes by and no one has talked to my even though it’s been several attempts by phone calls and getting nothing but voice messages and emails. So I called and explained be best just to sign a release and let me move on and I can’t even get them or anyone in the office to do that. And as of today.!!!! Still waiting on James Martin to respond.
Don’t bother unless you’re suing for injury. I only wanted to give a retainer and get advice from a competent legal professional. I didn’t care if it was $1000 an hour. They transferred me three times.
I would love to write a great thing about my experience so far, although I sadly can’t. I mean yes I’ve talked them Cody and things I did my part and I’m a little lost about it myself still. But other than that I would said Morgan and Morgan is doing a good job.
I couldn’t imagine going through this past year 2022 after my incident with nothing to come for it, but thankfully my wife called and got everything set up. Our lawyer was David Noble and his assistant Chloe Davis was phenomenal, persistent, sweet, and very consistent keeping us updated with each moves made and on the daily with the case. I’m very blessed and truly humble to have David Noble, Chloe Davis and the team on my side with what I went through how they managed it and the results at the end of the case.
